Ha-ni-mu-nan Episode 1.

Its Saturday again.
Ohh...sang suami terpaksa bekerja hari ni.
sedihnya...
we are suppose to go to Ipoh untuk attend wedding relative sang suami.
and we are suppose to overnight there.
suddenly sang suami bagi tau yesterday, he have to work pulak hari ni.
oh sedihnya...

Baru sahaja selesai masak lunch.
of course masakan yang super express. seperti masak sphagetti.
kejap lagi sang suami pulang untuk makan.

Last night saya gi farewell party one of my colleague, Mui Yee. The farewell party kat TGI Fridays Qnsbay.
Oh my.. my allergies does killing me.
did i mention about my allergic yg menggila mengikut saya selama 2 minggu ini?
the worst allergies yang pernah saya alami.
it was itchy all over my body.
doc pun tak tau saya allergic kat apa. u name it. setiap makanan yg saya makan akan wat saya gatal2 and bengkak2 gatal satu badan. oh..even my lips akan bengkak mcm Angelina Jolie ok.
it was weird...from seafood, ayam, telur, daging. semua akan buat saya gatal.
the worst is, bila nak masakkan untuk sang suami, time menumis bawang, it was hell gatal ok!
and the bengkak2 and gatal2 tak kuar 24hrs but selang few hrs dia kuar. it was weird. and keluar sket2 macam gigit nyampuk. then lama2 ia bengkak and bercantum and menjadi satu bengkak yg sangat besar.
sebebsar tapak tangan.
rasanya? ya allah..gatal and merenyam tak terkata.

Excited sangat nak wat wedding entry lagi. but unfortunately pic belum diambil dari Official Photographer.
Once dah amik nanti, akan saya buat entry wedding sampai lebam. sampai korang semua muntah nak baca.
ehehehhe...

Let me start with our honeymoon trip ke Bali yang tak seberapa itu.
ehehehe....

OK, why we choose Bali? 1st of all sebab saya rasa Bali is such a romantic island.
Initially kiteorg plan nak ke Boracay. But the island is way too far and kena banyak kali tukar flight.
plus it was somewhere in the middle of nowhere and risau takde halal food.
and of course, the $$$ constraint la kan? duit dah banyak spend on the wedding, so afraid we dont have enough $$$ for the honeymoon kat tempat2 camtu.

Then, Krabi? kami dah pergi Krabi before. it was superb but, of course tak nak pergi lagi kan.
ahhahaha...
By the way, Bali pun my second trip as well. But Bali is different. Bali banyak tempat to be discovered.
During my last trip, saya lebih banyak spend dekat Kuta which is the center of Bali.
However, this time is different, we want to spend time dekat tempat yang lebih peaceful so that we both can spend time together (thats what honeymoon for right?)

We bought the tix somewhere in October. Actually we bought the tix earlier than that sebelum ni.
However since my wedding date berubah from Jan to Feb and the tix is somewhere in Jan, tix itu kire burn je la.
then bought anothe rtix. its not the AA 'zero ringgit promo' sebab dah abes dah time tu. so we bought tix with the cost of ~rm500 pergi balik for two. consider cheap la jugak kan?

and thanks to TA, sebab kiteorg telah memilih hotel based on the web rank.
we dont want to take package deal sebab kteorg nak more like free & easy.
we did hire pak supir cum travel guide. He is a muslim and sangat baik orangnya.
we already book him two months before the honeymoon so that he can bring us around the island and sightseeing based on our schedule.

PNG - KUL - DNP : Bali day 1.

March 02, 2010.

We took the earliest flight from Penang to Kuala Lumpur. Actually our flight suppose to be at 11am.
Tapi biasa la, AA kan, suka suki tukar masa flight kteorg. so our flight seawal jam 0700pagi.
Kiteorg dua bangun as early as 5am. sebab nak kena ke airport penang kan. haruslah awal.

We touch down at LCCT at 8.40am. Giler bapak awal kan. Our next flight ke Denpasar at 5pm.
korang bayangkan. separuh hari tu.
we decided to check in. OMG! counter check in hanya di buka 3hrs prior flight time. dengan beg2 yg banyak tu, kteorg ke tempat simpanan barang di bahangian ketibaan domestik LCCT tu. per bag rm20. !@#$%^&
mahal nye...

Our initial plan nak ronda2 kat KL. but rasa mcm exhausted je nak ronda, kteorg heading to my Mak Uda house at Serdang. at 3pm, my cuzzie aka our pengapit during my wedding with his gf,Alia also our pengapit drop us off at LCCT.

The flight from LCCT to Denpasar, Bali took around 3hrs. Gler buhsan dalam flight time tu. Buhsan tak terkata. and i'm starved. ahahahah....
biasa la tu kan, bila naik flight and bau makanan haruslah tergoda baunya.
and most of the time kteorg tidur je.

touch down Denpasar airport at 8pm. sampai2 je Pak Supir dak tunggu. nama beliau tak ingat. boleh tak?
yang...ape name pak supir tu? his business card with sang suami. so, hanya sang suami je ingat nama dia.
 @#$%^& teruk la ko ni aimi.

Then kteorg terus straight away ke hotel yang telah di book saya.
This hotel located at Sanur area. around 40mins ride from the Airport. Sanur selalunya pilihan tourist from europe yg dah berumur. serious cakap, orang yg duduk kat hotel tu semua level nenek2 and atok2 ok.
and we choose Diwangkara Holiday Villa,Sanur.
why DIwangkara? my last trip to Bali pun i did stay at the same hotel. but the best thing about this hotel, its one of the hotel with HALAL food. mind you, sangat susah nak cari hotel with halal food kat Bali ok.
And as you know, Holiday Villa is owned by Malaysian kalau tak silap.
The hotel is nice. the room is awesome. and banyak swimming pool. at its REALLY by the beach. the hotel cafe is really kat pasir laut ok. and the beach sangat happening.
another best part about this hotel? i can receive wifi signal in my room. so still leh check fesbuk you!

Our room. a bit mess of course. and fav spot? berdua-duaan kat day bed.

At the hotel cafe having our breakfast sambil menikmati keindahan pantai. told you, memang dekat giler ngan laut. sampai tempat makan pun kat tepi pasir laut. and the last pic is gamba depan hotel.

Bali day 2.


March 03, 2010.


After breakfast, Pak Supir datang fetch us.
Aktiviti awal pagi adalah menonton Barongan dance.
Barongan dance salunye ada diawal pagi. few places yang ada performance Barongan Dance.
and of course, berbayar hokay. nothing free kan.
so kiteorg pergi ke Barongan performance paling dekat ngan our hotel. dalam 15mins drive.
Tak sama dengan tempat barongan dance yang saya pernah pergi dulu.
Entrance fees  Rp80,000.00/person ~RM29/person (our conversion rate time pergi adalah Rp1,000,000.00 = RM380.00).

Barongan dance is some sort like drama musical dance and of course la kan kire mcm culture dance.
You will be provided with pamphlet yg menceritakan tentang Barongan dance ni.

After the barongan dance, pak supir drop us at the Kuta. so, both hubby and saya pun merayap la sekitar Kuta.
Kuta ni kira beach area yang boleh surfing and hell packed dengan umat manusia.
especially tourist yg muda mudi yg spend masa siang surfing and night time clubbing, here is the rigt place utk mereka.
of course, kteorg tak ketinggalan untuk ke hard rock Bali. nope..bukan masuk dalam tu. just gi souvenir shop dia je. Total damage dekat Hard Rock souvenir shop ? ~ Rp 1,000,000.00.

Jakarta, Bandung Episode Last

Ini adalah episode terakhir utk series perjalanan kali ni. wahhh... saya telah menghabiskan masa utk bfast demi memblogging okay. Day 5, Jakarta. (Budget Trip). Bangun awal pagi tu. but sadly. jakarta not like bandung. Bandung pukul 9 pagi lagi kedai dh bukak. but Jakarta kne tunggu smpi pukul 11am. waaa... stress oooo... tempat breakfast pun tak jumpe. penat la kami pusing2. then decide nak bfast je kat A&W at ITC mangga dua. and a very funny story happen. kteorg mmg dh nmpk signboard a&w kt luar tu. then pusing2 kat dlm tu tak jumpe2 jugak la A&W nye. 1st kiteorg tanye awek Sales Assistant tu, A&W kt ne? die leh ckp tak tahu. takpe la lagi, tanye awek SA seterusnye (kedai lain plak), die cakap pun tak tahu. dalam hati, ish, takkan la budak ni keje kat ITC tapi tak tau A&W. hati mule la ase nak marah. gler sombong dieorg ni smpi tak nak bgtau kat mana A&W nih. dh la perut lapar. muke dh bertukar masam2 kelat ala2 mangga muda. then incik tunang tnye la security kt situ. kali ni tnye dgn diskripsi lengkap. incik tunang : "kat mana A&W. kedai makan segera tu". incik security : A&W? ooo... AW (pronoucenye sbg A-Wie). *baru la die describe cmne nak gi. hell!!! dieorg tak panggil A and W mcm kite sebut. dieorg pnggil A-wie. gulp! sakit perut gelak dgn incik tunang. klu pikir2 betul jugak. dieorg pronouce A x mcm kite. dieorg sebut Aaa... Then W dieorg pronouce as Wie. huahuahua... akhirnye, dpt jugak kami bfast di Awie. and pas bfast kat Awie, kiteorg merayap and beli DVD. murah babe dvd bru la dlm rm2 sekeping. muvie latest2. saya ni bukanla penggemar DVD sgt, tp memandangkan dh murah and ada few muvie tak tgk lagi, saya pun beli je la 5 kpg. puas hati ku... Dah bosan lepak area tu, kiteorg naik Cab ke Ancol. Ancol ni kire kalau kat Malaysia mcm bandar sunway la. ade macam2 kat Ancol ni. underwater world la, cabel car la. rupe2nye ancol ni dekat dgn pantai. Tapi our mission ke Ancol adalah utk ke Dunia Fantasia (DUFAN). Lebih kurang mcm Genting & Sunway kat Malaysia and ala-ala Jerudong Park kat Brunei. since saya ni yg lebih OVER bab2 xtreme rides ni, so, saya la rasenye paling bhgia kat Dufan ni. Incik tunang? ok, incik tunang pun main. tapi for those xtreme rides yg saya naik sampai 2 kali tu, dia just naik sekali je. dia ckp takleh naik byk kali. and the last rides yg saya naik kat situ adalah Tornado. Penat tau pujuk incik tunang naik ni. dr awal masuk Dufan sampai nak balik, baru berjaya. incik tunang kata dia takut pening. ok, alasan di terime. Even though its weekdays, tapi mak bapak rmi gler la umat manusia kt situ. nak main each rides mau dkt 20-30mins queue. i overhear one of the visitor cakap kalau weekend, beratur lagi la panjnag. gulp! ni kan dah cukup panjang bagi saya?

Then we had lunch kat McD at dlm DUFAN tu. The funniest thing is kt McD tu tak byk meje. korang leh kire je bpe byk meje. tp mak datuk rminye org. so end up, nak makan kne duduk kt lantai. kt tepi2 pokok bunge tu. ape punye mcd daaa..... Then kiteorg naik mcm ride lagi and last ride tentunya la Tornado. Then around 7.30pm we all pun gerak from Dufan. Just across the ticketing area tu ade bus stop. and kat situ blue bird taxi sudah sedia menunggu. tak yah susah2 or risau2 mcm mana nak balik. From Dufan kteorg straight away ke mangga square. konon2nya dh not in mood for shopping. ase mcm bekalan baju beli kat bandung dh cukup byk. tapi itu konon2 aje. guess what? the Mangga Square ada about 3 FO. Yup, ade Raja FO and 2 lagi tak ingat nama. price wise? lebih kurang kat bandung. cuma maybe Bandung lebih byk pilihan. but FO dekat mangga square ade sport shuz sekali. I saw Nike n Adidas. not bad la coz mcm baru2 lagi design dia. haizzz...cmne la nak byk duit cmni. and kalau nak tukar duit, kat Mangga Square ada 2 kedai money changer. chey, rate tukar duit dekat malaysia and jakarta sama je. sape kate tukar duit kat jakarta lagi mahal? incik tunang terpaksa tukar few hundreds lagi malam tu. cian incik tunang. hikhikikik -> evil laugh. Day 6, Penang here i come! Our flight jam 6.55am waktu Jakarta. pergh!! awal gler. seawal jam 4pagi lagi dh bangun and bersiap. barang2 dari malam lagi dh siap di'pack'. Call blue bird taxi and siap check out hotel sekali. taxi sampai 10mins after the call. pergh! efficient gler taxi nih. baru je gerak 5mins, incik tunang baru teringat tertinggal itu camera DSLR kat hotel. mak datuk, kering darah la saya kejap. then patah balik ke hotel. nasib tak jauh lagi kan? ok, here we are heading ke airport. alhamdulillah pagi tu jalan tak macet. laju ke incik supir bawak. time smpi je dh kat aiport area, incik supir tanya "terminal mana?". gulp!! tak tauuuu..gelabah la check ticket. just tulis International Airport Soeharno.... Incik Supir tanya lagi : naik pesawat apa? Incik tunang : Air asia Incik Supir : Langsung ke terminal 3. Ok, maybe he's right. dia kan ari2 anta org. mesti la dia lebih arif which terminal? airasia pun tak bubuh plak la dekat tiket terminal mana. macam kat sini dia indicate naik kat LCCT or KLIA kan? sampai terminal 3. hati berasa sangsi. apesal tak sama mcm terminal time kiteorg sampai aritu? ati tak sedap. tapi turunkan jugak barang. then tolak trolley masuk ke dalam. lalu depan TV flight information tu. gulp! Airasia punya flight mmg ada, tapi ke Penang takde!! semua ke medan, bali, and tempat2 lain area Indonesia. adakah ini domestic terminal? tapi tulis kat depan international airport. panick!! lari ke pejabat airasia. saya : flight ke penang naik kat sini? airasia staff : ngak, naiknya di terminal 2. oh my god!! lari keluar. cari taxi balik. coz terminal 2 & terminal 3 ni mcm LCCT ke KLIA. jauh babe. kena kelaur balik. saya ase dah nak pitam dah time tu. and boleh plak taxi tak nak hantar!! oh noooooo..... puas la tanya lebih 5 taxi, semua tak nak. alhamdulillah taxi driver yg ke 6 sanggup hantar. terus laju ke terminal 2. mcm nak gila la kiteorg berlari ke kaunter check -in. "Ke penang, check in sudah ngak boleh" waaaaaaaaaaaa..........................ase nak nangis meraung time tu. incik tunang dh senyap. saya dah panick. dah la tak breakfast lagi. nak2 pulak penyakit keturunan ku tekanan darah rendah. relax..relax...dgn kuasa pujukan yg ada, saya buat muke 5sen pujuk2 itu staff. masih ade lagi 40mins. kalau die cakap tak leh gak kne tunggu next day baru boleh balik. after dia call ntah sapa2 ntah and siap dgn ayat sindiran maha tajam lagi menusuk kalbu apabila saya bgtau taxi yg salah drop terminal. "bukannya kami tau kamu naik taxi ke naik apa". ade jugak pepagi mulut nak kene cepuk ngn saya ni. penat la saya goda2 akhirnya dia bagi kami check in. hiphip hooorayyyy... tapi.... excess baggage sebyk 7kg. malas dah nak tawar menawar mcm kat pasar tu or mintak diskaun. takut kang abg airasia ni tukar pikiran tak nak bagi masuk plak. lepas bayar ape semua terus lari ke tempat passport. leh plak la brother mat saleh depan kteorg tu ade prob dgn passport dia. mak aih...ase nak nangis dh ni. lepas je passport di chop kiteorg lari mcm nak gila ke gate. time tu dh last call dh. dr tempat passport ke gate tu mak datuk jauh. mcm dulu2 kalau naik airasia kat KLIA. kan salu dpt gate hujung2. dgn barang yg banyak nak kena angkot. kiteorg buat aksi gaya bebas berlari kat airport. saya ni dh la tekanan darah rendah pepagi hari. time lari2 tu leh plak ase nak pengsan. suruh incik tunang teruskan larian. tahan itu pintu kapal terbang dlu. incik tunang terus berlari, saya jalan dari belakang. opocot!! seluar incik tunang terlondeh. nampak itu seluar kecik. kuikuikui... lawak gler...ase nak pitam nengok. belt incik tunang dlm bag yg dh check in. case tak pakai belt la ni. dh la dgn bwk beg.... incik tunang stop kejap lari, tarik balik seluar, dan sambung larian smbil memegang seluar. tapi time tu sgt cemas. mane sempat nak gelak dh. kalau tau mau golek2 saya gelak kat situ. and fuh!! rite on time. sampai je kat situ, dieorg dh prepare nak tutup pintu. terus lari masuk. amin. sampai kat airport penang safe n sound. siap awal 40mins lagi dr jadual. laju gler incik pilot tuh. sgt serik dh flight awal pagi.

sempat bernapas balik dlm flight. abaikan double chin or triple chin saya tuh!

Tgh tunggu beg dan kotak seterusnye....

Jakarta, Bandung Episode 2

i'm in the happiest mood today. prob dgn incik tunang telah settle. kan dah senang hati (sambil menyanyi kecil)... dah agak dah...dgn incik tunang kami tak pernaj lagi gaduh or bermasam muke lebih 24jam. ntah la..cepat cair kot. nope...maybe sbb sayang level gaban and satria baja hitam. hikkhikhik.. (blushing!) Ok.... nak smbung hikayat my trip yg tergendala. ini episode ke 2. Day 3, Bandung (Budget Trip) Fuh, arini bangun lambat sket. tak larat babe. keponatan cik bedah ni ha. Then bangun and bersiap2. Misi of the day : Tentunye Pasar Baru. tak abes lagi memborong. malam before dah shortlisted barang yg perlu di beli. Perjalanan mcm biase, naik angkot ke terminal ledeng and naik bas ke pasar baru. Oh..lupe plak nak citer, kami beli sim card mentari time kiteorg reach je kat airport Jakarta. Ramai org jual kat airport. so,kiteorg just grab je. we bought Mentari. dlm 60000Rp. Dlm tu topup ade bape tak ingat la plak. Yg penting lagi murah nk sms ke M'sia compare kite pakai maxis or celcom. if tak silap per sms just 500Rp and per minit call 600Rp. Yg lawaknye saya hanya reti sms ke M'sia pki sim card tu tapi tak reti nak call. jenuh la cik bedah ni tekan2. tak reti2 gak. then time beli pulsa (top up) kat kedai tepon tu, kteorg tnye la budak kedai tu. nasib budak kedai tu cerdik. die ajar cmne nak call malaysia and siap ajar check credit. hikhikhik...bukan semua org di indonesia tau nak call ke malaysia ye. kteorg tnye kat receptionist hotel tu memule tapi die pun tak tahu. shop..shop..n shop... came cross ke satu kedai kebaye ni. Name tak silap Sir Cinta. Koleksi kebaye die cantek2 and budak yg jaga kedai tu pun baek je nak melayan kerenah kami. byk ooo pesanan baju kebaye. total up beli dekat kedai ni je mau la rm200-300 gak la... frust sebab tak jumpe kebaya kupu-kupu. punye la ngidam nak beli. sobsobsob... and memandangkan nmenye pun dah membeli brng kat pasar baru, saya dah stock kain utk buat baju kurung utk raya haji tahun ni, raya puasa tahun depan and also raya haji tahun depan. advance tak? ehhehe...incik tunang pun dah dipakse beli kain baju melayu. siap matching2 gitew... sampai nak senget dah bahu ni ngankut brng. incik tunang punye backpack pun dh penuh. kteorg plan nak balik hotel dulu anta brng then bru dtg balik ke pasar baru. leh tak sehari smpi 2 kali dtg? sgt addictive ok shopping kat sini. obviously tentunye saya overspent. and all the budget telah lari. hwahwahwa... ntah pape ntah.. buat checklist konon2 takkan overspend la. takleh pakai punye org la saya ni. Night time kteorg gi ke Paris Van Java. Dr pasar baru we took the same Angkot tu Terminal Ledeng. this angkot akan lalau depan Paris Van Java. Mak aih, besar n dasyat paris van java nih. ade mcm2 kedai kat dlm. bill&keith, ade sogo. ade ape lagi eh? tak ingat. byk sgt. siap ade MU cafe. and a very beautiful baby shop. cepat2la preggie pas kawen nanti. leh dtg cini nak beli brng2 baby. Day 4, Bandung (Budget Trip) Ari ke 4 ni kteorg bgn awal pagi. Plan of the day nak ke Jalan Riau. Ade ape kat Jln Riau? oh...jln riau ni la lagi heaven. berderet2 FO. FO siap bertingkat2. but my fav tentunye The Secret. compare Rumah Mode, Natural or any other FO, saya sgt suke The Secret. like rumah mode, the secret ade cafe (tingkat atas). sgt relax time shop kat sini. tak hectic mcm rumah mode. and Shop Assistant? sgt helpful. kt sini lebih byk Esprit n working attire. ala2 kemeje keje gitew. From hotel we took angkot kuning cair (angkot utama kiteorg) ke Terminal Ledeng. From Terminal Ledeng we took angkot ke Jln Riau. Kali ni kiteorg naik angkot kaler hijau with black stripe. the journey quite long sebab Jln Riau dh more ke Pasar Baru punye area. Name station yg kat angkot tu saya tak ingat la plak. ni kne tnye incik tunang nih. Mcm biase, even though jauh, supir angkot just charge us 3000Rp per person. kat sini la incik tunang dgr satu lagu yg dinyanyikan oleh penyanyi jlnan and jatuh cintun ngn lagu tu. x ingt la tajuk walaupun dh doblas kali incik tunang bgtau. yg tau penyanyi or group tu name Wali. Penyanyi jalanan dieorg sore sedap2. itu la terbentuknye kumpulan peter pan (dlu dieorg ni penyanyi jlnan jugak tau ->nady yg cakap!). After nyoping kat The Secret tu, kiteorg nak ke Jln Dago. nak ke Amanda Brownies. Ade 2 brownies yg paling faymes kat Bandung. Kartika Sari n Amanda. but my fav is Amanda. Kartika Sari lebih manis tapi tahan lebih lama while Amanda just nice tapi tak tahan lama. plus, kartika sari lebih mahal sket dr Amanda. Utk ke Jln Dago, we ask SA kat The Secret for direction. so, kalau kite typical malaysian and ask for direction tentunye org yg kite tnye tu akan cakap "amik kanan, terus, junction pertama, lintas and junction ke 2 tunggu kat tepi tu. tunggu angkot kaler ijau". but guess what? Itu SA dgn bermurah hati tanpa di pinta telah membawa kami ke simpang utk tunggu angkot. its not near ok. agak jauh. dekat 5mins berjalan. and need to cross two juction. bukan itu sahaja, die turut sama menunggu angkot and tahankan angkot yg leh bawak kami ke Amanda. And siap pesan lagi kat supir tu stop kat Amanda. waaaaaaaaaaaaa......... sgt terharu. sgt baik itu budak. ckp pun penuh lemah lembut. two thumbs up dekat budak itu!! Sampai je kat Amanda, mata saya naik juling tgk brownies yg byk2 tu. byk perisa. i luv Tiramisu. we bought about 9 brownies. pergh...berat babe. since dh beli byk, we ask itu cashier to pack our brownies in one big box. kne xtra charge another 2000Rp je for packaging. siap seal dlm big box yg cantek lagi tu. and we had our lunch at Amanda. yup2.. Amanda ade cafe next to the bakery. called as 'Browfee' (short form bagi brownies and coffee). Kteorg makan nasik goreng and enjoy the marvellous coffee.

Buroknye anak gajah ni makan...

Lepas kekonyangan, kiteorg pun cross je jln depan Amanda bakery ni nak balik ke Pasar Baru. Lebih senang klu korang balik semula ke area sebelah pasar baru or known as Station Hall. Kat Station Hall ni kire macam Angkot Central la. So, nak balik mane2 amik je angkot dari sini. Reached our hotel kiteorg terus pack up our bag. while pack the bag, saya telah menghubungi itu taxi blue bird. the best thing about blue bird, dieorg tak charge utk amik kite. salunye kan klu kte mintak amik kat memane taxi akan charge kte lets say rm10 utk amik and hantar tu lain lagi kan? kat sane takde byran tu. and our taxi driver kali ni sgt friendly. the journey took about 40mins (sebab macet) ke Station Train Bandung atau lebih dikenali sbg Stesen K.A. taxi fare cume 40,000Rp je. mak aih. mure gler. Then smpi je kat station ni, incik tunang terus beli tiket. Kami naik train Agro Gede jam 6.30ptg. Train fare? cume 50,000Rp/person and itu train eksekutif ok. since brng kteorg byk, we hire itu org angkat brng utk tolong angkat beg ke train. flat rate 5,000Rp/bag. so, jgn bagi beg yg kecik2 or ringan2. rugi babe. kiteorg bg 2 beg paling gedabak n paling besar. ahahahha... fulamak...wa cakap lu, train die lagi lawa dr train malaysia. name pun train eksekutif. kerusi sgt spacious. mcm naik business class dlm flight. siap leh adjust tempat kaki. sgt la sakai akak ko ni. ade plug so leh la nak charge hp, or lappie anda. canggih ooo... and ada plasma tv at both end. actually korang boleh change kerusi ke opposite site. tapi kiteorg baru discover time dh nak smpi jakarta. bongok tul la kami ni. die siap provide small pillow and time dah gerak tu, ade la pramugari (ye ke pramugari namenye?) distribute blanket in case korang sejokk.

Nampak tak tv kat belakang tu? Plasma babe...kerusi besar.

And not to forget, toilet dlm train ini sgt bersih! i mean it. saya kalau naik train kat malaysia sanggup la tahan kencing sebab tak tahan le critical keadaan toilet train, tapi train ni superb bersih. siap ade tanam pokok bunge kecik lagi. Journey took about 3hrs. so, half way perjalanan tu dah boring and puas tido. saya plak tu leh la plak lapar. then kteorg ke cafe train. guess what? mereka ade sessi karaoke kat cafe. lagu D'lloyd. ade ke pakcik tu suruh saya nyanyi sekali. sgt sporting la dieorg ni. selambe je melalak2 dlm train tu. and ada one room utk main video game. tak main pun, just lalu and nengok je. overall, sgt suke la train Agro gede ni. Actually utk ke Jakarta ade 2 train. agro Gede n Parahyangan. Tak tau la train satu lagi tu cmne kondisinye pulak kan? We reached jakarta at almost 10pm. mate dh ngantok. grab taxi and terus ke hotel. our hotel kat jakarta so-so. what do u expect for hotel less than rm100 in jakarta kan? but our hotel sgt2 la dekat dengan ITC Mangga Dua and magga Dua Square. Just walking distance je. to be continue.... nak kena siapkan keje. kang bos jeling.

Jakarta, Bandung Episode 1

Mr.Doctor said I’m doing just fine.

Just a normal flu,cough and sedikit fever.

Nothing to do with H1N1 virus. Fuh…relief giler bile dengar this news ni.

But thanks to Mr.Doctor yg kacak itu kerana telah memberi saya mc on last Friday.

Means saya hanya berkerja separuh hari.

I got extra rest at home.

As of per today, flu & cough still here and there. Ni mesti sebab penangan Slurpee yg saya beli semalam. Ngidam gler nak minum. Hamik…. Batuk tak berhenti last nite.

But maybe cough and flu ni yg mcm Sya cakap. sebab airplane sembur something to kill all the germs.

tu yang jd sakit tekak n batuk. incik tunang rileks je pun tak sakit.

Where should I start with the Bandung & Jakarta trip?

OK, overall the trip was awesome.

Yes…we spent roughly 11hours a day utk shop.

As a result? I’m broke. -> I really meant it.

And obviously I’m exceeding the baggage limit which I have to pay the extra 7kgs at the airport.

Did I mention I did bought the supersize baggage for 20kg? tapi masih tidak mencukupi utk menampung berat barang yg dibeli.

I called it as budget trip. Yup! Definitely budget. No supir to rely on,. No tourist guide. Everything so called DIY. ->Same goes like my previous trip to Krabi.

We tried to save as much $$$ on the travel expenses example: hotel, transport etc so that we can spend more on shopping!

Day 1, Penang - Jakarta - Bandung budget trip.

Our flight to Jakarta from penang as early as 10.40am on Saturday.

We did put on the face mask!!! Tapi saya sangat membencinye. Even though it’s the most expensive face mask yg org kata tak panas or tak berpeluh, but 3hrs on flight with that stupid things stuck on your face sgt torturing ok!

Touchdown at Jakarta almost 1pm Jakarta time. Straightaway pergi ke Primajasa counter ticket. Ok, Jakarta international airport tak macam KLIA. Fuh! Sgt tak bersistematik. Its look old dan tak ceria langsung. No signboard and we failed to find the information counter. Penat pusing2 keluar masuk, and baru la jumpe kaunter tiket primajasa nih. Utk panduan korng, kaunter ticket primajasa ni just next to the McD.

Bus ticket from Jakarta airpot to Bandung (Bandung SuperMall) is just 70,000Rp/person. The exchange rate time saya pergi tu kire RM 1 = 2 700Rp. There is few other option, whether nak naik van but much more expensive (120 000Rp/person) or taxi which will be much…much,…much,,,more expensive. Bas utk ke bandung available every half an hour. Since we bought ticket at 1.30pm, we have another half an hour before bas sampai. So, kiteorg gi makan dulu kat McD. Ohhh…McD ni ade Gourmet Wrap yg sgt sedap. Kt McD m’sia tak pernah nengok pun.

Dlm bas ke Bandung.

Then at 1.30pm sharp kiteorg naik bas. This journey took another 3hrs rides if jalan tak begitu macet (jam!). Since kteorg penat bangun awal, kteorg byk tidur sepnjng perjalanan. The bus condition is OK. Mcm bas express kat m’sia gak. Not much different. We reached Bandung Super Mall at almost 5pm. Tak tahu la nape, bas ni mmg hanya stop kat bandung at this super mall. Then from this super mall we took taxi to hotel. Actually, kteorg nak tunggu bluebird, tapi tak nampak pun batang hidung taxi bluebird. And the supermall security yg arrange kan taxi. When we request for bluebird die just cakap, other taxi as well pakai meter. Tanpa byk complain kteorg naik je la taxi tu and pergi ke hotel. Our hotel is at Jln Sukajadi. Wah...sgt jauh dr bandung supermall.

Compare to other area in Bandung sukajadi area lebih sejok sebab that area berada di kawasan yg lebih tinggi. Bandung Super mall to hotel rides just cost us almost 50000Rp. Kalau jln tak macet mcm time kteorg smpi tu, maybe less than this. Buts its consider cheap enough compare kt m’sia. Sbb the rides itself almost 45mins gak.

Night time, kteorg terus ke rumah mode. Our hotel ke rumah mode tak la berapa jauh. Dlm 10mins with Angkot. Angkot ni consider minibus dkt Bandung. But angkot is using minivan or kijang. Angkot ni kena identify the route by the angkot colour. Jgn silap naik angkot ye!! We learnt to use which angkot and the colour reference dari receptionist kat hotel. You just berdiri je depan hotel with less than 3mins sure you will get the angkot. From our hotel, Abadi Asri Hotel, we use angkot colour kuning air, with black stripe utk ke rumah mode with the fare of 2000 Rp/person.

Sampai je rumah mode, I terus grabs all the baju2 yg chantek2.

Since its Saturday night, rumah mode quite full and happening. Ramai org Jakarta kat situ shopping gak. Rumah mode byk pilihan baju and the environment sgt best. Siap ade café and landscapes yg sgt cantek.

After shopping kat rumah mode, we went for dinner at Ma’uneh makanan sunda. Not far from rumah mode. just walking distance. Later, we hop in angkot utk balik ke hotel, tapi utk balik ke hotel, we need to take two angkot. Tak sama mcm dtg ke rumah mode. 1^st angkut is the blue colour with black stripe. And this angkot will stop at terminal ledeng. From terminal ledeng baru la naik angkot kaler kuning cair with black stripe utk balik ke hotel.

Min fare utk angkot for short distance is usually 1500Rp and max utk perjalanan paling jauh is just 3000Rp. They wont charge you more than 3000Rp/rides tapi for short distance fare akan bergantung kpd supir nak tentukan 15000 or 2000Rp. Kalau naik angkot and nak suruh dieorg stop kat you destinantion just jerit “kiri..kiri” or “stop…stop”…tapi kalau korang tak sure which area yg korang patut stop, just bgtau supir angkot tu time korang naik angkot example : “bapak, berhenti kan saya di rumah mode”. So, bile sampai rumah mode die otomatik akan stop and bgtau korang its rumah mode. Each angkot leh consist up to 15people at a time. Nanti itu supir angkot suruh korang duduk rapat2 and squeeze puunggung korang so that more people leh naik.

Day 2, Bandung budget trip.

As early as 9am kiteorg dh bersiap2 nak pergi to the most hotspot and famous place called as pasar baru. From hotel, we hop in angkot kuning cair tu terminal ledeng. Terminal ledeng ni kite bus station kat area sukajadi. Then from terminal ledeng, we all naik bas ke pasar baru. Jgn risau, there is only one bus ke pasar baru kalau naik dr terminal ledeng ni. Kat depan bas tulis “Liwi Panjang” which is the last station bas ni akan stop. The bus journey will took about 30mins to pasar baru. Sebab bas byk berhenti. Bus rides much more cheaper. Kalau tak silap around 4000Rp utk 2org. the best thing kalau korang naik pengangkutan awam kat bandung ni, korang leh experience the true colour of Indonesian. Those yg sgt2 miskin and susah, menyanyi on the street and hop in the bus utk mencari rezeki. Waktu first time naik bas, there is a guy yg akan distribute gula2 asam jawa to each and every passenger. Dlm hati kate, wah…bestnye bas kat bandung nih. Siap bg complimentary sweets, tapi when the bus about to move, that guy naik balik n collect all the sweets. Kalau korang nak beli or dh terbukak2 paket gula2 tu korang kne bayar 2000Rp. Tapi saya decided utk beli je. Niat nak sedekah. And gula2 asam jawa tu sedap sebenarnya. Nasihat kpd kengkwn yg plan nk naik bas or angkot time travel kat bandung, pls keep aside your coins. Since coins dieorg terlalu kecik nilainye, adalah baik korang dermakan aje pada penyanyi jalanan or those yg mintak sedekah tu. Sian dieorg. And during the rides, bukan je ade penyanyi malahan ade penceramah bebas. Wah..kire ade short tazkirah la.insap la kejap akak kiah ko ni dgr tazkirah. And smpi aje depan pasar baru, conductor bus tu akan jerit “pasar baru..pasar baru”..perlu diingatkan bas tidak berhenti di bus stop or ke tepi jalan kerana jln depan pasar baru hell packed and congested. So, korng just trn je dr bas time jln macet tu.

Before masuk ke pasar baru, incik tunang dh lapo. Bagi meng’happy’kan incik tuning sblm shopping, kteorg pun makan kat Ampera, another sunda restaurant with numbers of franchise kat area bandung. Ampera ni famous krenyne kat bandung, the food? Marvelous!! Sgt sedap smpi incik tunang tambah nasik!! And my new fav drink is Alpukat Juice (from avocado fruit). Juice die sgt pekat ok. Memerlukan kekuatan pernafasan yg tinggi utk sedut. Tak mcm juice kte yg cair tu…

And masuk je pasar baru, I was speechless. Gler bapak besar pasar baru nih. Tak tau nak start dr mana. Each level have different2 item and each floor I guess ade lebih dr seratus kedai. Cmne nk beli cmni?

Panicked attack!!!

Barang over there is super cheap. Korang kne tahu cmne nak bargain je. Tips of the day: shop time awal pagi. Time kedai baru bukak. Around 9am waktu sana. Coz during this time, peniaga dieorg percaya the 1^st customer tu akan dikire pelaris utk rezeki dieorg. Same goes mcm saya kat Bali. Cakap je sbg pelaris sure dieorg akan bagi rendah2 punye. Kat sini syaitan sgt byk berlegar2. menghasut saya utk beli mcm2. ahahhha….

We spent almost , 8hrs on the 1^st day kat pasar baru sahaja. Kaki dh lengoh, badan dah capek. Nasib incik tunang tak merungut pun. Sgt beruntung dpt some1 like him. Sgt patience time saya membeli belah and never let me out of his sight.

And the best part is? Yes, thanks to my sweetheart nady yg telah merekomenkan another wedding designer whereby this is highly recommended by her aunt. Aunty nady ni ade wedding house and tempah most of her wedding baju from Bunda. Bunda ni ade dia punye wedding shop tapi die collaborate with Glamour (ini nama kedai textile tuh). Waktu masuk2 je kedai glamour, saya terus tanya budak kedai tu, bunda mana satu. There he was, sitting at the corner of the shop tgh men’design’kan baju utk his customer from Jakarta. Saya pun dtg n curik2 tgk. Cantik!! Tapi too sexy for me. Sbb itu bakal pengantin tak pakai tudung, ok la nk pki cmtu.

Luckily saya tak beli lagi kain from any textile shop for my wedding dress. Coz klu korang beli textile from glamour and use bunda utk tailored your baju, you can get extra % discount without susah payah nak bargain. So, after bakal pengantin dr Jakarta tu blah, saya pun terus mengadap bunda. And explain on my wedding dress yg saya nak. Bunda sgt creative and very smart too. Die leh dpt capture my imagination on the wedding dress yg saya nak. Actually, I did some homework on my wedding dress before saya pergi on this trip. Saya dh potong all the pics yg saya berkenan and tampal dlm my sketch book. But happen that day saya terlalu excited nk nyoping smpi tertinggal sketch book kt hotel,

But Bunda said, nevermind, nanti saya dtg lagi n show the pic to him. And after the measurement session badan saya yg montel ni, barula bunda suruh budak kedai tu utk potong kain. See? Tiada pembaziran bukan? Sbb he knew how much he might need and I didn’t end up beli kain yg berlebihan. I am more than happy sebab the price is all in, inclusive the lace+lining, my veil, my shuz and of course the ‘penyet with batu swarzoski’. Penyet tu means beading. And another good thing, Bunda akan ke KL on the sept so I wont end up paying for the postage of the baju. Bunda will bring along my baju. Hiphip hooorayyyyy!!! Bunda sgt mudah to deal with. His price is almost fix but there is always a room to negotiate. But since saya dh dpt xtra privilege from Bunda to bring the dress to KL without paying additional postage charge, I didn’t push more on the tailoring price. Yup, it does exceed my budget on few hundreds but like bunda said, he want the baju turnout nice and both parties puas ati. Just to meet my budget and need to drop out the ‘penyet’ tu agak unreasonable so I end up paying few more hundreds so that saya puas ati juga!!!

And since saya dh tertinggal sketch book di hotel, I had another meet up with bunda on the day before balik ke Jakarta. Yup!! Bunda telah ke train station to meet up with me so that I can show him my sketch book and gmba baju pengantin yg saya berkenan. And of course from Cosry design. Tapi tak mampu nak hire cosry sbb tak manyak $$$$. Sobsobsosb.. tapi takde la copy 100%. Just for the bottom. While for the tops, its my own design tau.
